Great Wyrley is a popular and over-subscribed 11-18 High School on the edge of Cannock and within easy access of the local motorway networks. 2007 saw the school achieve its best examination results ever with 72% of Year 11 gaining 5+ A*-C with KS3 and A2 students also achieving outstanding results. The Governors are seeking suitably qualified staff to join our team. Our recent OFSTED inspection highlighted a school that is improving and where teachers have a good subject knowledge and where students are well cared for, behave well, engage actively and show positive attitudes to work.
