Norovirus Letter Available

Attached below is a link to the Norovirus letter that was sent home to parents at the end of last week (26th February. 2010)

Year 9 Option Choices Evening - Thursday 4th March - 6.00-8.00pm

Options Evening will be held on Thursday 4th March. There will be two presentions with the first being for regisration groups 9A, 9B, 9C and 9D at 6.00pm and for registration groups 9E, 9F and 9G at 6.45pm.

Now Available: Home Access Programme

Home Access is a government drive which will help low-income families to get access to a computer and the internet to get online at home.

If you are a low income family in receipt of certain benefits you could qualify for a grant to buy a computer and/or a minimum of one years' internet access. The programme is aimed at those that need it most and targets families that do not have access to a computer or the internet at home.

Police alert over website

Staffordshire Police have alerted us to their concern on the website http://www.needmoreaddy.com

They believe an offender is posing as a child on the website. They are urging all parents to check their internet history to establish whether their children have used this site and if indeed they are at risk.
