]]> 2012-01-26 14:51:24 Important Mumps Information We have become aware there has been a confirmed case of mumps within the school. At least 1 other child has also had symptoms of mumps. We have spoken to the Health Protection Agency (HPA) and they advise you ensure your child has had 2 doses of MMR vaccination.


In addition, children with mumps should be excluded from school for 5 days after the onset of swelling. Your GP can request a saliva testing kit to confirm the diagnosis.
