![]() ![]() ![]() AccessibilityWhen developing our websites, the main priority was to create sites that are useable by all. To do this, we followed the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines(WCAG).The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) documents explain how to make Web content accessible to people with disabilities. Web "content" generally refers to the information in a Web page or Web application, including text, images, forms, sounds, and such. Using these guidelines, we hope to make every user's experience on our websites as simple and enjoyable as possible. Below are a few features we have incoporated to do just that: W3C Markup ValidationAll of our webpages are created using the W3C Recommendations and are validated regulary. This allows for special web readers to display our website content without any formatting correctly, and also ensures our web presence is the same on all web browsers that are standards compliant.Access KeysBelow are a list of Access Keys which are available to navigate this website without the use of a mouse (Usually used by holding down ALT key + Access Key, although in Firefox it is SHIFT + ALT + Access Key):
Font Style and SizeThroughout the website, carefully consideration has been taken to choose the best font style and size for the content being displayed. If you need the font size to increased or decreased to view our website better, then you can use your web browsers text size options to do this. (Usual found in the "View" toolbar) |
